I just got my cello today. I love it! I have to get help getting it set up though. It sounds HORRIBLE at first, but put a new set of strings and it sounds WONDERFUL! I knew that it was going to be reat when I first saw it. I would have put a 5 star if the bridge and strings were already set.

Product is a great deal! A Luthier who helped string and tune the instrument thought it was worth more than the purchase price. He inspected the make and commented on how the craftmaship positively. The strings are not too bad as fa beginning player. This instrument is well worth the price!

I've been playing cello for about 7 years now, and currently play for my high schools orchestra. It was time for a new cello, my old one had some pretty severe damages, and I started searching for cello shops around but couldn't find any with a good enough selection. I had to result to online shopping, as reluctant as I was. When I saw this deal, I knew I had to get it! It almost seemed to good to be true, but why not try it. I received my cello and set it up with the strings it came with, the sound was HORRIBLE. After replacing the strings though, with good strings, the sound was incredible for the price. It's a really full, rich sounding cello, definitely worth the money. Don't let this deal fool you, with some new strings, this cello is worth the money.

I received my new cello today and began the process of rosinning, tuning, and generally 'making friends' with this beautiful instrument. I love it already and can't wait to start back to orchestra next week with my new 'friend' in tow. Thanks. So much more than I expected.
