The sound is just great! The price is just amazing! We thought a violin like thiswould be a fortune. I already recommedend my friends and family kkmusicstore! The only problems were that the bridge was to big and we had to sand it down and I didn't get the lesson book. The price is just amazing!

My purchase came in quicker than I had expected, which is great since I purchased this violin for my daughter as a Christmas gift. This will be her very first violin as well. It was an excellent price too. I am certain she will enjoy this gift. This website is great, I would recommend it to any beginner musician to expert. Thank you KKMusicStore.

When I first got it there was a weird vibration sound, but after I adjusted the bridge placement a little it went a way. this is my daughters second violin and I do love the sound for less the 150. I have found that it does take a while to break a violin and bow in but after that this thing sounds great the price fits this perfectly and the tone is better than I expected. Worth the $130

this is my first purchase from kk music store and I must say I am impressed! comes with a case, rosin, extra bridge, lesson book, tuner, chin-rest, extra strings and TWO bows! for so little money, I really don't see where you can go wrong with this violin. the instrument also came in good condition and it has a very nice sound. the violin itself is very beautiful, it has a nice warm color and the finish on it is really pretty. It's a must have for people who want to start playing. 5/5.

I am a Vocal Music Education major also progressing with the piano. I needed another instrument to uphold and I chose the violin. After doing research on violin prices and violins, I came across this one and it is very well crafted. Of course, with each new instrument, there is always maintenance so I had to buy more strings, but even this is not a down side to this great purchase. I urge you to get the extra strings, bows, and bridges if this is your first time with a violin. Lovely sound, color, craftsmanship, and packaging with other extra really make this a great buy! Did I mention it came very fast to my address?!!!

I received my violin about two weeks ago. In addition to the case, the two bows, the shoulder rest, the extra strings, the extra bridge, the rosin, and the chromatic tuner, I also ordered the Mel bay "First Lessons" book and a sheet music stand. All of this for $166.97! However, I did need to have the peg box redone. The pegs kept slipping, making it impossible to keep in tune. I also replaced the strings for a set that would stay in tune longer with less slip. I've played guitar since 1987 and have played everything from the pawn shop specials all the way to Ibanez and Gibson. I know that in most cases you get what you pay for. This violin setup however, is a diamond in the rough. The bottom line?; I got a great first violin without spending a fortune! This instrument has a great, bright tone, the book is excellent, the accessories are all extremely helpful, and I look forward to playing everyday!
